We try to stay as local as we can, but we just can't resist Hau Hauz linen from Finland. Silk screened by hand on natural linen and fully lined. Each clutch purse has a precious style like no other, that we know you'll enjoy. Each bag is unique and slightly varied.

Linen fabrics are both soft and strong, becoming softer, stronger and durable the more it is used. Linen is renowned for its spectacular durability and long life. The tensile strength of linen thread is twice as high as that of cotton and three times that of wool. Some believe that linen fibres are the most ecological of all the natural fibres.

Hau Hauz designer Satu Makkonen creates prints that are heavily influenced by Finnish and Scandinavian style and design. Strong color combinations and large prints are part of the style and design. Her work has a strong emphasis on trends, but only in a way that fits to the Hau Hauz concept.
