This mid-sized handbag is made from a heavyweight cotton tent canvas and vegetable tanned leather. The front detail comes from surplus parachute and duffle bags. The strap has been created from a used rifle sling. The frame cover and pockets are cut from a lightweight tent canvas. The bag is lined with organic cotton twill.

jack&marjorie, a highly talented duo, also known as Meghan Parsons, a Ryerson fashion grad and Toronto native, and Manuel Opp, a native of Hamburg, Germany. They use Italian military surplus materials such as wool blankets, ground sheets, parachutes and webbing, and combine them with more feminine elements including vintage lace, silk, brocade and buttons to create unique yet functional, one-of-kind handbags and purses.
