Spring Quarantine By Abigail Lewis Menasse

It feels like a time to crawl back into one’s self, a time to do creative and introspective things: listening to music, reading, gazing, doing nothing, cooking, reorganizing, yoga, having heartfelt conversations.

Amidst the sadness, confusion and stress are small moments of bliss. I’ve realized what is important to me and my family, and the freedom that I took for granted. I sincerely hope that after this experience something inside of myself, and something about the world changes for the good forever.

Until then, here’s some music to listen, dance, pick your spirits up to while at home.
