I didn't know that Sydney (and probably the rest of Australia) has some of the most remarkable birds. Maybe they’re not as rare as the Galapagos boobies but they are more vocal, flamboyant, teeming and stunning than any group of winged wonders I’ve ever come across in one uncaged locale. My favorite being the large white sulphur-crested cockatoo, above. Their gang like ruckus is controversial but I say bring it on; cockatoo drama rocks. These movie stars have a new groupie.
